The height we list of our site is the total height of the flag and pole. For example, the large feather flag is 4.7m, from the base of the pole to the very highest point on the flag.
Nope, the costs you see cover full colour or black and white printing so there’s no need to hold back on the design!
With a standard order of one flag you will receive one full colour printed flag, one pole set, one flag base and one carry bag.
A standard flag has been printed on one side, the ink goes into the fabric giving a mirror image on the reverse. For a double sided flag we print two seperate sides which are then stitched together so that no matter which side it is viewed from it always reads the correct way.
Contrary to belief, we need to use twice as much material on a double sided flag. This ensures there will be no showthrough so either side can be read without interference from the other.

A polyester flag will have a lifespan of between 3-6 months, depending on usage. This can be extended by taking the flag indoors overnight.
Most flag manufacturers, including ourselves do not offer a warranty flags, due to the variable nature of the weather.
We use high quality 100% knitted polyester to print onto which is lightweight enough to use for a flag, yet provides a great surface for printing vibrant colours.
Yes you can! Just be sure to wash it at 30º with a mild detergent to remove stains. Please make sure that the detergent used is designed for colour. For more information on keeping your flag in good condition see our flag care page.
You can leave your flag outside come rain or shine. After the first time there may be some slight staining, this is just excess coating on the flag and will easily wash out at 30º with a mild detergent. However, a wet flag is a heavier flag, and can increase wear and tear, as well as pick up particulate matter from the air.
